Hi, I'm Natalie!
My career has taken me across the tech industry, from leading software training programs to product management to engineering. I built a Technical Instructional Design department from the ground up, automated data pipelines for over 4,000 school districts nationwide and have done it all remotely with teams spread throughout the country.

Outside of work I'm deeply involved in the overlanding community, where I've taken on roles that mirror a lot of what I do professionally: teaching, building community, and problem solving in high pressure situations. Most recently I've competed in the Rebelle Rally, an 8 day women-only offroad navigation rally spanning over 2,500km.

I'm at the intersection of tech and dirt. Two very different worlds with the same obsession: figuring out how to get from point A to point B.
